The tour begins with hotel pickup. The first place to visit will be the Cathedral of Cusco, which houses valuable colonial artistic treasures, including paintings from the renowned Cusco School and works by various religious sculptors. Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), where we will appreciate the blend of Inca constructions with perfectly polished stone walls. Sacsayhuamán, where we will see enormous stone blocks weighing up to 40 tons, perfectly fitted together. Qenqo (Labyrinth), named for its winding paths that give the impression of being inside a maze. We will proceed to Puca Pucara (Red Fortress), an important control center for people entering Cusco during Inca times. Finally, we visit Tambomachay, where we can still appreciate the Incas’ advanced hydraulic engineering.

Cusco – Km 104 – Chachabamba – Machu Picchu – Aguas Calientes We will pick you up from your hotel at 5:00 a.m. and take private transport to the train station in the Sacred Valley to begin the Luxury Inca Trail tour. Along the route, enjoy views of snow-capped mountains and farmland. We will visit the archaeological sites of Chachabamba and Choquesuysuy, hidden in the semi-tropical forest. Then we ascend the mountain, enjoying spectacular flora and fauna. After approximately three hours of hiking, we reach Wiñayhuayna (2,650 m), discovered in 1942 by Peruvian archaeologist Julio C. Tello. Often called “Little Machu Picchu” due to its similarity in layout. Lunch here. Continue to Intipunku (Sun Gate), observing orchids, ferns, and mosses. After about an hour, reach the viewpoint overlooking Machu Picchu. Overnight in Aguas Calientes at Inkaterra Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we take the bus to Machu Picchu (2,450 m), a 30-minute ride. Enjoy a guided tour of the citadel for approximately 2 hours, visiting the most important sites. Free time for photos. Return by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch, then board the train back to Cusco.

Visit Pisac and its impressive terraces. Enjoy a gourmet lunch in the Urubamba Valley. Explore Ollantaytambo, a strategic fortress with finely carved stones. Finally, visit Chinchero, known for potato cultivation and traditional textiles.

Early departure to Humantay Lake. Travel to Mollepata for breakfast with sunrise views. Hike begins at Soraypampa (3,900 m), surrounded by glaciers. Discover the stunning turquoise waters of Humantay Lake, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Return to Cusco around 6:30 p.m.v

Visit Moray, an agricultural experimentation center of the Incas. Visit Maras Salt Mines, famous for its salt pools and colonial architecture. Return to Cusco around 3:00 p.m.
